With 20+ years of experience in designing game-based training, he has created 75+ games and 30+ workshops focused on developing behavioral skills. A seasoned facilitator, mentor and international speaker, Bhaskar has trained 400+ facilitators across 30+ countries, empowering professionals to make learning more engaging and impactful.

Tamal Bhatia – With 25 years in L&D, Tamal is the founder of Koach.ai, India’s first AI-based coaching platform. A certified executive coach and MBTI practitioner, he has worked with top organizations like Boeing, Wipro, and Nestle, and delivers executive education at IIM Bangalore and ISB Hyderabad. Tamal blends experiential learning, coaching, and psychometrics to drive performance and growth.
